Before you call

None of this is required, but having it on hand makes the conversation far more useful:

• When you first noticed the problem, and whether it has changed since
• What you are seeing — cracks, sticking doors, sloping floors, gaps at trim
• Roughly when the house was built
• Whether it is a slab or has a crawl space underneath
• What the yard does after a heavy rain
• Any work that has been done to the foundation before

Photographs help a great deal, particularly if you have any taken a few months apart.

What happens next

Your request is passed to an independent foundation repair contractor working in your part of the South Plains. Most people hear back within a business day. From that point, everything — scope, price, schedule, warranty — is between you and them.

If it is urgent

Call rather than using the form. If a structural element has visibly failed, if water is actively entering the building, or if you believe anyone is at risk, treat it as an emergency and contact emergency services first.
