Lubbock Foundation Repair operates this website and telephone number as a referral service. We are not a foundation repair contractor. We do not perform foundation inspections, evaluations, engineering or repairs, and we do not employ or control the contractors to whom requests are referred.

Any agreement for services is formed directly between you and the independent contractor you choose to hire. That contractor is solely responsible for their pricing, scheduling, workmanship, materials, permits, insurance, warranties and compliance with applicable law. We do not supervise, direct, inspect or guarantee their work, and we are not a party to your agreement with them.
Hire carefully
You are responsible for evaluating any contractor before hiring them. Texas does not issue a state license for foundation repair contractors. We encourage you to confirm City of Lubbock contractor registration where applicable, request evidence of general liability coverage directly from the carrier or agent, obtain written scope and pricing, and confirm the license of any Professional Engineer involved with the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
