What we collect
When you submit the form on this site we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, the property location, the type of work you are asking about and anything you write in the message field. If you call the number on this site, we may keep a record of your call and the details you give us.
Like most websites, this one may also collect standard technical information automatically, including IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring site, for security and to understand how the site is used.
What we do with it
The purpose of the form is to connect you with a foundation repair contractor. Your submission is forwarded to an independent local contractor serving your area so that they can contact you about your request. That is the primary and intended use.
We may also use your information to respond to you directly, to keep records of requests, and to comply with legal obligations.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information to unrelated marketers or data brokers.
Contractors are separate businesses
Once your request is passed to a contractor, that contractor handles your information under their own practices, which are not controlled by us and are not covered by this policy. If you have questions about how a particular contractor handles your data, ask them directly.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use cookies and analytics tools to measure traffic and improve the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Turning them off should not prevent the site or the form from working.
Calls and messages
By providing your phone number you agree that we and the contractor we connect you with may contact you at that number about your request, including by text message where you have indicated that is acceptable. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can ask to stop being contacted at any time.
Data retention
We keep request records for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and to meet legal and record-keeping requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact us at requests@lubbockcountyfoundationrepair.com. Note that once a request has been forwarded to a contractor, we cannot delete it from their systems on your behalf.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging services for property. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
